Can I speak to the writer directly?

To protect the confidentiality of both our customers and our writers, we are not able to arrange direct contact. However, we are always happy to liaise with your writer on your behalf. Please send all information about your order through the messaging system within your account so it can be passed to the writer accurately and securely. This also ensures that the writer can communicate any questions or updates through the same system.
