• After shaking hands or other bodily contact with colleagues or visitors
• After sneezing
• After touching the face of patient
• After puffing the nose
• After rubbing hands on dress and similar actions
• After treating raw foods
• After usage of dirty kitchen gears and kitchenware
• After sweeping, cleaning, or mopping
• After a discontinuity
• After eating, smoking, or drinking
• Before and afterward using PPE e.g. gloves
• Before treating the food, particularly ready-to-eat foods and frost.
