I want a refund. How do I request this?

If you would like to request a refund, we will be happy to investigate this for you. Your satisfaction with the work provided is very important to us.

If your essay does not meet the grade you expected, please attach the work you submitted, the grade confirmation, and any tutor feedback explaining why you received that grade. This allows our Aftercare Team to fully review your case. Once the review is complete, a member of the team will contact you to discuss the outcome.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund at any time by logging into your account.

Log in to your online account.
Find your order and click the Leave Feedback button.
Select Discuss your order.
Select Report a problem.
Explain the issues with your work and why you believe you are entitled to a refund.
